Our payment structure and fees have been extensively revised for 2019-2020. Please click here for the complete details of our new payment policies. We have revised our payment options to give families the flexibility to use credit cards and to spread out the financial burden of membership over several months. Please note that even the most expensive of our ensembles, the Evans Orchestra and Youth Symphony, only cost $50 per month if considering our 9-month performance season.
The multiple-child/multiple-ensemble discount is only given after commitment to the second membership or ensemble and must be manually credited. IF YOUR FAMILY WILL HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD IN YOCVA OR A CHILD WHO PARTICIPATES IN MORE THAN ONE ONE ENSEMBLE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS PROVIDED BELOW. They are calculated assuming participation in YOCVA by a single child. We will invoice you and provide exact payment amounts. You may contact us directly if you would like to take advantage of any extended payment options.
For everyone else, you will find the opportunity to pay your participation fees via PayPal below. As a small non-profit organization, we pass on a small 3% surcharge for all payments made through PayPal. The options provided assume a single child and payment of either the $75 seat deposit or audition fee prior to the start of the season. Please contact us if you are unsure of the status of your account.

PLEASE NOTE: After July 1st, all participation fee payments made to YOCVA are non-refundable. Full payment of the remaining participation fee balance is due on September 1st unless a family is participating in the automatic monthly subscription plan.
OPTION 1 (FULLY FUND YOUR CHILD’S MEMBERSHIP.)
YOCVA’s posted participation fees only cover 60% of the cost of running the organization and providing this valuable musical experience to your child. If you have the means, we would ask that you please consider fully funding your child’s participation. You will receive our gratitude as well as a tax receipt for your generous donation (the difference between our published fees and the full, unsubsidized cost of membership).

OPTION 3 (SPLIT PAYMENT: PAY HALF OF YOUR PARTICIPATION FEE BALANCE BY JULY 1ST AND THE OTHER HALF BY SEPTEMBER 1ST.)
This option allows you to effectively split your payment between now and the start of our season. You will have to remember to return to pay the second half due prior to September 1st, so please bookmark this page and set a reminder in your calendar accordingly.

OPTION 4 (PAY YOUR REMAINING PARTICIPATION FEE BALANCE WITH A PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTION THAT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGES YOUR CREDIT CARD OVER THE NEXT FIVE MONTHS [JULY THROUGH NOVEMBER].)
